Processing Times
In-Stock & Handmade Items: Made and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Made-to-Order Items (e.g., printed textiles/bags): Custom produced and fulfilled via our specialist production partners in Latvia. Please allow 2–4 weeks total for production, transit, and final delivery to you.
During busy periods (e.g. holidays, launches or exhibitions) processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–21 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised items
- Digital downloads
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund the item.
